The Live Well Hub is a local community hub offering support for people wishing to live happy and healthy lives.

Our joined-up approach means you can spend less time travelling and more time focusing on you. Our range of
services and classes include:

With a range of support available, from managing diabetes, exercise, nutrition, diet, managing anxiety and stress, to budgeting and financial advice, the Live Well Hub provides a valuable service in the local area. It is a collaboration between local statutory services, health organisations, and VCFSE sector organisations.

The Hub is a pilot project in partnership between Leiston-cum-Sizewell Town Council, the Integrated Neighbourhood Team, East Suffolk & North Essex NHS Foundation Trust and the Ipswich and East Suffolk Alliance.

The Live Well Hub – Leiston, is at The Waterloo Centre, Waterloo Avenue, Leiston, IP16 4HF and will be open daily on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays.
