Dear Residents,
Leiston-cum-Sizewell Town Council is seeking your input to plan for Christmas lights and festive illuminations in 2026. Your insight is essential in ensuring that our town centre remains welcoming, vibrant, and supportive of both residents and visitors during the festive season.
Council has recently approved taking on the responsibility for Christmas lights in the future, and to ensuring displays are put up and taken down.
We would like to understand what you feel the Council could do to improve the Christmas lights and displays for 2026. This might be a brand-new display and/ or new features, styles, themes, locations, or ideas that you feel would benefit the appearance and economy of the town centre.
We would also like to think about how we can maximise opportunities in any installation for other events throughout the year e.g. flags, bunting.
