TRAFFIC AND TRANSPORT SCHEMES FOR LEISTON INFORMATION EVENTS
The traffic and transportation scheme has been developed with Leiston Town Council, Suffolk County Council and East Suffolk Council and informed by previous consultations with Leiston residents.
It follows the Leiston Town Centre Masterplan and focuses on improving safety and reducing congestion in Leiston; this will include introducing a one way system along Main Street and High Street.
We will be putting information online and holding two community events at Leiston Community Centre. The community events will allow local people to ask questions of the teams involved in developing the scheme, and to give informal feedback.
