Live Well Hub Leiston – for when life gets complicated
The Live Well Hub is a local community hub offering support for people wishing to live happy and healthy lives.
Our joined-up approach means you can spend less time travelling and more time focusing on you. Our range of services and classes include support for managing diabetes, exercise, nutrition, diet, managing anxiety and stress, budgeting and financial advice.
The Live Well Hub provides a valuable service in the local area. It is a collaboration between local statutory services, health organisations, and VCFSE sector organisations and is a pilot project in partnership between Leiston-cum-Sizewell Town Council, the Integrated Neighbourhood Team, East Suffolk & North Essex NHS Foundation Trust and the Ipswich and East Suffolk Alliance.
The Live Well Hub – Leiston, is at The Waterloo Centre, Waterloo Avenue, Leiston, IP16 4HF and will be open daily on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays.
