Residents in Leiston and Sizewell will head to the polls next month to elect a new Town Councillor for Leiston-cum-Sizewell Town Council.
The by-election will take place on Thursday, 3rd September 2026, with polling stations open from 7am until 10pm. One councillor will be elected.
Voters will choose between two candidates who have been validly nominated:
- Sandra Jean Ellis (Independent)
- Alex Crwys Savva (Reform UK)
Two polling stations will be available for eligible voters:
- Long Shop Museum (The Garrett Room), Main Street, Leiston, IP16 4ES
- Leiston Community Centre, King Georges Avenue, Leiston, IP16 4JX
Residents are encouraged to check their polling card to confirm which polling station they should attend.
